Welcome the Tropical Rainforest Tambopata
Es un área natural protegida, dónde se conservan la flora, la fauna y los procesos ecológicos de la selva húmeda tropical. Un sitio turístico, ideal para conectarse con la naturaleza y observar la flora, fauna y los paisajes naturales.
Está ubicado en la cuenca del río Tambopata, contiguo al Parque Nacional Bahuaja Sonene. En los innumerables aguajales, pantanos, pacales, bosques ribereños de la cuenca de Tambopata, se puede observar los mayores índices de diversidad biológica en el mundo: 632 especies de aves, 1200 especies de mariposas, 103 especies de anfibios, 180 especies de peces, 169 especies de mamíferos y 103 especies de reptiles.
La reserva sirve de paradero a más de 40 especies de aves migratorias transcontinentales.
